The plus-one capacity figure is a magazine count plus a chambered round, which is different from a listing that quotes the magazine alone.

The matte black finish is the surface treatment to match if you are comparing color or coating with another Savage Arms configuration of the same model. The model name to compare is 25 Lightwght Varmint Thumbhole. A close Savage Arms model can differ in finish, capacity, barrel, sights, or included parts, and those differences are the reason this page stays with this configuration. The caliber to match is 204 Ruger. The same model name in another caliber is a different firearm.
