One flat fee. Pay in Magnolia when you pick up after the firearm arrives and paperwork is done — not charged online by this form.
October 10, 2026. New ATF update covering SBRs, suppressors, and shorter shotguns. All Form 4473 transfers are $30. SBRs, suppressors, and most other NFA items still require a form. Machine guns and explosive devices are the exception — Send It does not handle those.

How a transfer works here
- Tell the selling dealer to ship to Send It Outfitters & Guns at 33219 Forest West St., Ste J, Magnolia, TX 77354.
- Use the form below so we email our FFL (and SOT when needed) to the dealer’s email you provide — the shop shipping the firearm.
- When the gun arrives, we contact you. Bring a valid photo ID. Complete Form 4473 and any other required paperwork, pay the $30 transfer fee, and take it home when the check clears.
Texas residents only for in-person pickup of firearms, subject to federal and state law. Call ahead if you have questions about timing or paperwork.
Request our FFL / SOT copy
We email the documents to the dealer email you enter (the FFL shipping the firearm to us), copy the shop, and send you a confirmation. The $30 Form 4473 transfer fee is paid at pickup in Magnolia.
