Send It Outfitters & Guns (“Send It,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates senditguns.com from our shop in Magnolia, Texas. This policy describes the information we collect on this website, how we use it, and how to reach us. It is written for customers of a U.S. firearms retailer. It is not a certification, and it is not legal advice.

We sell firearms, ammunition, optics, accessories, and related services, and we provide FFL / NFA transfer services at the Magnolia storefront.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, phone, email, billing and shipping details, account details, order notes, waitlist sign-ups, “check availability” / inquire details, and firearm-transfer forms (including the receiving or shipping dealer’s FFL contact information when you ask us to handle a transfer).
  • Orders and payments: products, amounts, fulfillment choices (local pickup or ship to FFL), and payment status. Card numbers are processed by Authorize.Net. We do not store full payment-card numbers on this website.
  • Age confirmation: when you confirm you are 18 or older, the site stores a yes/no cookie. It does not store your birth date.
  • Email list: if you join the footer list, we store the address and confirmation / unsubscribe status. That list is separate from product waitlists and customer accounts.
  • Device and site use: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

We use it to run the store, answer availability checks, process carts and checkout, coordinate FFL pickup or ship-to-FFL, handle NFA / transfer paperwork, send order and waitlist messages you asked for, prevent fraud and abuse, keep required dealer records, and understand which pages are used (only if you accept analytics cookies).

How information is shared

We share information with vendors that help us operate: website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, shipping carriers, and licensed dealers when a firearm or NFA item must move through an FFL. We may disclose information when the law requires it (including ATF / law-enforcement record requests that apply to firearms dealers) or to protect customers or the shop. We do not sell personal information for advertising networks. We do not claim extra privacy seals or certifications we have not earned.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the cart, checkout, login, and age confirmation working. Google Analytics is loaded through Google Site Kit on this site. That tool is optional. The cookie bar lets you accept analytics or continue with essential cookies only. Facebook’s customer-chat script, if shown, is treated as optional along with analytics. You can change that choice anytime via or the Cookie Policy page.

Age

The website age check asks whether you are 18 or older before browsing. Federal law generally requires you to be 21 to purchase a handgun from a licensed dealer, and 18 for long guns, with additional state and item rules. Checkout for firearms asks you to confirm you are 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and this store is not directed at children.

Your choices and privacy requests

This shop is aimed at customers in the United States. You can:

  • Use Cookie settings to turn analytics cookies off or on.
  • Unsubscribe from the marketing email list with the link in those emails.
  • Email [email protected] or call (832) 422-7656 to ask what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may keep what firearms dealers are required to keep (orders, 4473 / transfer records, and similar legal records) even if you ask us to delete marketing or account data.

If you are in California or another state with extra consumer-privacy rules, use the same email. We will not pretend those statutes do not exist, and we will not quote rights we have not reviewed with an attorney.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We use ordinary WordPress / WooCommerce access controls and hosting safeguards. No website can promise that transmissions are never intercepted.

We may update this page when the store or the tools on it change. The date at the top is the latest revision.
