These terms explain how shopping on senditguns.com works for Send It Outfitters & Guns, a licensed dealer at 33219 Forest West St., Ste J, Magnolia, TX 77354. They are store terms, not a substitute for advice from your own attorney, and they are not a promise that every firearm listed is in the building this minute.
Who may use the site
You must be 18 or older to enter the site (the age check). To buy or take possession of a firearm from us you must be legally eligible under federal, Texas, and local law. In general that means 21+ for handguns from a licensed dealer and 18+ for long guns, plus any extra rules for the specific item (NFA, ammunition type, magazine rules, prohibited-person status). Checkout for firearms asks you to confirm you are 21 or older. We can refuse a sale or transfer that we believe would be unlawful.
How buying works on this site
Most supplier-catalog firearms use Check availability (inquire first), not a silent add-to-cart. A live check may add the item to the cart, offer a waitlist, or tell you we could not verify. Store services such as transfer fees can still use Add to cart. Listed prices follow manufacturer MAP / advertised price on the site; the amount charged at checkout is the live price shown in the cart.
Ammunition and many accessories can be paid for on the site when they are offered that way. Firearms and NFA items cannot be shipped to a residence. Fulfillment is local pickup in Magnolia or shipment to a licensed FFL you name. We quote ship-to-FFL after the order when a rate is not already in cart.
FFL transfers of firearms you buy elsewhere
Use the Services page. The advertised fee is a flat $30 for all Form 4473 transfers, paid in the shop when you pick up after the item arrives and paperwork is done — not charged by that form online. As of October 10, 2026, a new ATF update covering SBRs, suppressors, and shorter shotguns is noted on that page. SBRs, suppressors, and most other NFA items still require a form. Machine guns and explosive devices are the exception — Send It does not handle those. You must complete the required ATF / state forms in person. We may email our FFL (and SOT when needed) to the shipping dealer you list.
NFA items
SBRs, suppressors, and most other NFA items still require a form. When a form still applies for an item we transfer, you cannot take it home until the approved paperwork is in place and we have completed our dealer checks. We do not control ATF timing. We do not handle machine guns or explosive devices.
Orders, payment, and records
Payment on the website is by credit card through Authorize.Net. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; we may cancel or hold an order if the item is gone, restricted in your state, or the payment does not clear. Firearms dealers keep certain records by law. Digital product downloads, if offered, are delivered through WooCommerce.
Returns
Contact the shop before returning anything. Firearms, ammunition, and NFA items are generally not restockable once transferred or left the building, except where the law requires or we agree a specific item is defective as sold. Website content
Catalog photos, specs, and descriptions come from manufacturers, distributors, and our own edits. We work to keep them accurate and do not show distributor names or live warehouse counts on the public shop. If a listing is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. We may refuse or correct an order that relied on an obvious pricing or quantity error.
Accounts and waitlists
You are responsible for the email and phone you give us for availability checks, waitlists, and orders. Guest checkout is available. Waitlist and restock messages are transactional for that product, not the marketing email list.
Limitation of use
The site and these terms are governed by Texas law, without a long extra disclaimer about every possible damage type. If a dispute is about an in-store transfer or sale, the shop address above is where that business happened.
SMS Terms
Send It Outfitters sends text messages to customers who choose text notifications at checkout on senditguns.com. Those messages are a seat confirmation for a Live Review the customer paid for, a reminder about 15 minutes before that session, and replies to questions the customer sends back.
